Step 2: Send Your Rental Request
When you're ready, send your wishlist along with your event details and preferred pickup, delivery, or White Glove service.
Step 3: Receive Your Custom Proposal
We’ll confirm availability for your date and send you a customized proposal with your rental quote, logistics, and next steps.
Step 4: Reserve Your Pieces
Review your proposal, sign your rental agreement, and pay your deposit to officially reserve your collection for your event.
Logistics & Service Tiers
Self Pickup
Pick up and return your rentals directly from our location in Star. A flexible, budget-friendly option for smaller orders and events.
Details: No rental minimum. An enclosed vehicle, moving blankets, and proper tie-downs may be required depending on your rental items.
Delivery
We’ll deliver your rentals to your venue and return to retrieve them after your event. Delivery includes drop-off and pickup only; setup and styling are not included.
Details: Delivery pricing is based on location and logistics. A rental minimum may apply.
White Glove Delivery + Setup
Our full-service option. We’ll deliver, unload, place your rentals, assist with agreed-upon setup and styling, and return for breakdown and retrieval.
Details: Custom quoted based on your rental order, venue, access, setup requirements, and event timeline.
