FAQ

The Wishlist Process

How does renting work?
  1. Browse our inventory categories or shop our pre-designed looks.
  2. Add your desired items and quantities to your Wishlist.
  3. Submit your Wishlist along with your event date and details.

Once received, we will review our inventory availability for your date and send you a formal rental proposal within 48 hours.

Is my date secured once I submit my Wishlist?

Submitting a Wishlist notifies us of your interest, but it does not reserve the items or lock in your date. Your date and items are officially secured after you sign our electronic rental agreement and submit your 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Pricing & Fees

What is your payment and deposit schedule?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit along with a signed electronic contract to officially reserve your date and hold your items. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event.

Do you charge a service fee?

Yes. All orders include a 12% prep & operations fee. This non-refundable fee covers the labor required to prep your custom order, including pulling inventory, packing, and post event commercial dishwashing and textile laundering.

It also covers minor, normal wear-and-tear like faint linen smudges or flea bite glassware chips.

Do you have an order minimum?

For Customer Pickups:
No! There is no order minimum for self-pickups. We welcome small orders for photo shoots, intimate dinner parties, and small gatherings. (Note: Certain large or delicate lounge items, large tables, and fragile inventory are classified as "Delivery Only" to ensure safe transport).

For Delivery:
Yes. To cover the logistics of loading, transport, and event-day scheduling, we require a $250 minimum product subtotal (before delivery fees and taxes) for local delivery.

  • Distance Minimums: For deliveries beyond our local service radius, higher order minimums may apply based on venue location and driving distance.
  • Small Orders: If your order falls below our delivery minimum, you are welcome to schedule a pickup, or we can apply a small-order delivery fee to meet the threshold.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change, and we always strive to be as flexible as possible with our community. Because we reserve our inventory exclusively for your date, our standard 50% retainer fee is non-refundable.

However, we offer a rebooking grace policy:

  • The Rebooking Grace Policy: If you need to cancel your order within 30 days of your event and we are successfully able to rebook your date, we will happily issue you a full refund.

  • The Cut-off: If we are not able to fill the empty date with another event, or if your cancellation occurs fewer than 30 days out from your event, the 50% retainer fee will be kept.

Logistics, Delivery & Pickup

Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

Our service area includes the entire Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, Emmett and surrounding areas. Our standard service area delivery fee starts at $50 and is based on your distance and the size of your order.

We are also happy to deliver to all areas of Idaho with a custom delivery fee.

What does delivery include?

Standard delivery includes carefully transporting your items, drop off at the designated area at your venue, and post-event pick up.

Please note standard delivery does not include styling, or setting up place settings.

Please inquire about our white glove add-on service.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Absolutely! If your order does not meet our delivery minimum, or you prefer to handle the transport yourself, you can select Self Pickup at checkout. You will need an enclosed vehicle (like an SUV, van, or covered truck) and plenty of moving blankets to safely transport our delicate vintage items.

Inventory Care

Do I need to wash the dishes before returning them?

No! Relax and enjoy your celebration. We handle 100% of the dishwashing and linen laundering post-event. We ask that you scrape away excess food from plates and empty liquids from glassware before placing the items back into their crates.

What happens if something chips, cracks, or breaks?

We completely understand that accidents happen at lively celebrations. To account for this, all orders have a 12% non-refundable prep & operations fee that covers minor damages, as well as prepping, packing and cleaning all rentals.
